Facility Use Policy
The operating hours for our outdoor swimming pool are 09:00 am – 19:00pm.
Beach/Pool Towels
In the instance that pool towels and/or towel pool cards are not returned, a fee of 10€ per towel will apply.
Late Check-out
Late check-out can only be confirmed, one day prior to guest departure. Additional costs apply.
Late Arrival / Early Departure
Reservations are not eligible for a refund in the event of late arrivals or early departures. In the event of a cancellation or early departure, the room will be released back to the hotel’s general inventory.
No Show Policy
Reservations will be held for 48 hours from the scheduled arrival date. Reservations are not eligible for refunds in the event of a no-show.
Packages
Packages are sold as a whole. Payment is requested upon check-in. It is not possible to be refunded for any services not used.
Check-in
At your check-in, your credit card will be required or cash deposits for your consumption at the hotel. At your check out the balance will settle accordingly.
Payment Policy
All services must be charged to your room and paid at the time of check-out or at any time during your stay, at our reception. We are pleased to accept cash and major credit cards.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized upon check-in for the amount of your stay. Accommodation is to be paid upon arrival, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Smoking Policy
We regret that smoking is not permitted in any guests’ rooms, suites, restaurants, or indoor public spaces.
Left Belongings

Luggage / Shower Room
Luggage room is available only for guests currently staying with the Hotel to store their luggage or other personal belongings before check-in or after check-out, at the Hotel’s option. Shower rooms are also available.
Half–Board Meal Plan
When you stay in a plan of Half Board breakfast and dinner is served in Main restaurant. Dinner cannot be exchanged for lunch. Please also note that guests arriving after 9.30 pm will have provisions made for cold plates to be sent to the room. Dinner is not transferable and cannot be used on your day of departure. After check-out dinner is not included.
Dress code
Smart casual dress code is required for evening dinner in all our restaurants. Flip flops and swimming customs are not permitted.
Pet policy
The Diamond Boutique Hotel does not accommodate pets.
